Brewing Guide:

  • Rinse the teacup and teapot with hot water.
  • Use about 1.5 – 2 grams of tea leaves (1-2.5 teaspoons) for every 225 ml of water.
  • Steep tea leaves in hot water at 85°c (158°f) to 80°c (176°f) for 2-3 minutes for the first and second brewing.
  • Gradually increase steeping time and temperature for subsequent brewing.
  • Add a dash of lemon or Milk or Honey to taste.

Our teas are grown sustainably on the darkish red soils of our smallholder tea gardens along the Great Rift Valley in Nandi, whose regional climate imparts unique tastes colour, textures, brisk cup of tea.
